In what has grown to be an important event for CAMP Rehoboth, the annual Block Party will once again be held on the 2nd block of Baltimore Avenue from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Block Party reaches a broad and diverse group of attendees and celebrates the inclusive community spirit that is part of southern Delaware’s fabric.

Our vendors and sponsors are an important part of our community, and your partnership with us is vital to our mission.

CAMP Rehoboth is an LGBTQ+ community center determined to Create A More Positive (CAMP) environment that is inclusive of all sexual orientations and gender identities in Southern Delaware and beyond. We seek to promote cooperation, understanding among all people, and well-being, as we continue our work to build a safer community with room for all.  

By participating as a vendor and/or sponsor in the 2025 Block Party you agree and understand that:

CAMP Rehoboth Block Party Vendor Rules and Regulations

1. The Block Party benefits CAMP Rehoboth and will be held rain or shine. (Unless severe weather prohibits.) The Block Party registration fee is non-refundable after September 27, 2025. If the event is cancelled, vendor fees will be considered a donation to CAMP Rehoboth. 

2. Set up will begin October 19, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. and must be completed by 10:30 a.m. The Block Party begins promptly at 11:00 a.m. Specific set up times and location of your booth will be sent to you in advance. If you do not comply with your set-up time, you will not be allowed admission for set-up.  There is no dedicated parking for vendors / sponsors. After your area is set-up, we recommend parking in the Convention Center parking lot or a nearby street.

3. Vendor / Sponsor booth hours of operation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Organizers will allocate space unless prior arrangements have been made. Participating vendors will be assigned a designated 10’x10’ space on Baltimore Avenue. Any special vendor needs will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Vendors and Sponsor need to furnish their own tents, tables, chairs, and equipment.  Tents must not exceed 10’x10' area. Tents are highly encouraged to support your vendor/sponsor booth area.Spaces must be kept neat and clean.

5. If electricity is necessary, vendors/sponsors must provide their own silent generators and have a fire extinguisher. Please ensure a safe area for attendees to move about and reduce tripping hazards that may be caused by electrical cords.  

6. Vendors and sponsors must remain open, and staff their area, until 4:00 p.m. closing time. No exceptions.

7. All vendors must obey all laws pertaining to health, fire prevention, and public safety. No knives, guns, other weapons or explosives are permitted.  Smoking is not permitted in the area of the Block Party.

8. All food vendors must hold and display current food preparation and sales licenses and must meet all health and safety regulations required by the State of Delaware for shortage and preparations of food items.

9. NO sale of alcoholic beverages will be allowed by any vendor. Alcoholic beverages sold by the restaurants on the block may not be taken off premises.

10. CAMP Rehoboth has the authority to request the removal of information or merchandise from a vendor or sponsor space at any point in time during the Block Party.

11. All vendors grant permission to use of any photograph, motion pictures, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. 

12. All vendors and sponsors MUST be packed and vacated from Baltimore Avenue by 5:00 p.m. unless prior approval has been given by the organizers or the City of Rehoboth Beach. Volunteers will be on-hand to assist with general break-down, but vendors are asked to leave their space clean and free of debris.

13. All vendors, sponsors, entertainers, volunteers and staff must abide by CAMP Rehoboth’s Community Agreements. View the agreements online: camprehoboth.org/about-us/community-agreements/

In addition, all vendors and sponsors must agree to adhere at all times to all rules, regulations and policies of CAMP Rehoboth, Inc. and to follow all directions and instructions of its officials and personnel. All vendors/sponsors must agree to release, relieve, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless, CAMP Rehoboth, Inc., its officers and agents, the City of Rehoboth Beach and festival participants from all claims, losses, suits, damages, judgments, expenses, costs and charges of every kind, including without limitation, court costs, and attorney’s fees, resulting from its occupancy of the space herein under this contract by reason of personal injuries, loss of life or property damages. And to release the above organizers from any loss, theft, vandalism and/or fire during this event on October 19, 2025.
