Cape Water Tours Cancellations Policy

WEATHER:
If inclement weather is forecasted, our Captains will be watching the radar. We have OFTEN seen a bad weather forecast turn good an hour prior to a cruise. Therefore, Cape Water Tours will try to wait as long as possible to cancel a private charter. Sometimes an hour before departure or less. Cape Water Tours will notify CAMP Rehoboth if they receive a call from the Captain about weather. If the Captain determines it is not safe to run the charter, Cape Water Tours will notify CAMP Rehoboth. CAMP Rehoboth will notify ticketed passengers via email.

CANCELLATIONS:
If the Captain cancels a trip due to unsafe conditions (i.e. weather) or mechanical issues the day of the trip and are unable to reschedule there is a full refund.

LATE ARRIVAL:
Guests should arrive at the dock for check in 15-20 minutes prior to departure.
