Q: Any fees?
A: No, event is free thanks to generosity of the Shades of Green Pool Party fundraiser. We do ask that each attendee bring a small tip ($5/per attendee) for the crew.
Cape Water Tours Cancellations Policy
WEATHER:
If inclement weather is forecasted, Cape Water Taxi Captains will be watching the radar. We have OFTEN seen a bad weather forecast turn good an hour prior to a cruise. Therefore, Cape Water Tours will try to wait as long as possible to cancel a private charter. Sometimes an hour before departure or less. Cape Water Tours will notify CAMP Rehoboth if they receive a call from the Captain about weather. If the Captain determines it is not safe to run the charter, Cape Water Tours will notify CAMP Rehoboth. CAMP Rehoboth will notify ticketed passengers via email and/or text.
CANCELLATIONS:
If the Captain cancels a trip due to unsafe conditions (i.e. weather) or mechanical issues the day of the trip and are unable to reschedule there is a full refund.
LATE ARRIVAL:
Unfortunately, we cannot hold the boat past the scheduled departure time.
