Greetings!

The CAMP Rehoboth Women's+ FEST Committee is excited to announce the return of the EXPO, scheduled for Saturday, April 12, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center.

We are looking for vendors!  Would you like to join us? Registration for CAMP Rehoboth’s Women’s FEST EXPO ‘25 is now open. 

Vendor spaces are $100.  You will have access to the Convention Center beginning at 8:00 a.m., but you will receive more of those details again as we get closer to the event.  

Vendors must supply their own table, chair(s), and table covering.  

Please complete your application promptly as your spot selection will be first come, first serve basis, and is dependent on when your application and payment is recieved. Additional information along with a map of the Convention Center layout for space selection will be sent out after registration. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

We are excited to see you at Women's+ FEST Expo.

Waiver: Vendors assume all risks associated with participating in Women’s+ FEST Expo, including but not limited to merchandise being damaged, broken or stolen; all such risks being known and accepted. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, vendors will release CAMP Rehoboth and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, from all liabilities of any kind arising out of their participation in this event. Vendors grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photograph, video, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose including event  promotion. By filling out this payment form, I indicate that I have read and understand the provided conditions of this waiver.
