Greetings!
CAMP Rehoboth is excited to announce the return of the Women’s+ FEST Expo on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center.
We are currently seeking vendors to join us for this dynamic and well-attended event. Registration is now open - we would love to have you participate!
Vendor Information
- Vendor Fee: $125 per 10’ x 10’ space
- Set-Up Access: Begins at 7:00 a.m.
- Event Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Vendors must provide their own:
- Table, chair(s) and table covering
Electricity is not provided.
Vendor space selection is first-come, first-served and confirmed upon receipt of both your completed application and payment.
Additional details, including a vendor map and space selection instructions, will be sent after registration. We will do our best to accommodate placement requests.

Waiver & Release
Vendors assume all risks associated with participation in Women’s+ FEST Expo, including but not limited to merchandise that may be damaged, broken, or stolen.
By registering, vendors release CAMP Rehoboth, its sponsors, representatives, and successors from any liability arising from participation in this event. Vendors also grant permission for photographs, video, or other recordings taken at the event to be used for promotional purposes.
Submission of this registration form indicates acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

Event Set-Up & Breakdown Information

Vendor Set-Up: 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

Event Opens to Public: 9:00 a.m. (Only vendors permitted prior to opening.)

Vendor Breakdown: 1:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

NO EARLY BREAKDOWN PERMITTED. ALL VENDORS MUST BE OUT OF THE RBCC BY 1:30 PM.
Loading & Parking

All vendors must load in through the rear loading dock doors. Do not bring any merchandise or equipment through the front door.

Vendors may park in the Convention Center lot at the front of the building. Do not park in the reserved spots in the rear of the building - you will be ticketed.
