What happens if you die without a will? Do you know what probate is and how long it can take? Wills vs trusts – what is the difference? If you die out of state, or out of the country – what happens? Are there specific considerations for the LGBTQ+ community?
These are just some of the questions that will be answered at the upcoming “What Happens When You Die” panel sessions to be held at CAMP Rehoboth Community Center on January 28 & 29. Whether one is starting from the beginning, haven’t updated one’s documents in a long time, or just want to make sure all the details are covered, this seminar is for you!
